Camino de Santiago Trek | Training

To prepare for any trip you have to not only be in the right mindset but also let’s face it gotta make sure the body is strong. I’ve been working with Aimee (the Cross-Fit Queen affectionately known as the Crazy Lady to my friends – she made you do what?? – of course I did it – it works) and getting her to kick my butt to be in the best possible shape.

Ok, I’m so done with these shoes but apparently you have to wear them when you work out.

See the jump ropes ?   Absolutely hate them.  They are my nemesis so guess what I am taking them on my trip so I can figure out how to do double unders and get over them. Ugh but nothing is impossible so here we go every day I have to do fifty attempts!!!! Maybe if they were candy coated.

What did I do to prepare – Pure Barre and Cross Fit and Hills – lots and lots of hills.  Ask Isa she did some of those hills with me and my butt still hurts from them.
